As expectations grow for businesses to contribute more toward building a circular economy, this year’s ASM will help stewards better understand and prepare for the future of stewardship and recycling. The agenda for the afternoon includes …
Recycling in a Circular Economy: The Environmental Commissioner of Ontario, Dr. Dianne Saxe, will give a keynote address to stewards about the role of recycling in a circular economy and answer your big-picture questions.
Packaging Trends Discussion: The evolution, challenges and opportunities in packaging materials and how they will influence circular economy goals will be reviewed and debated by a panel of industry representatives.
Program Reviews and Fee Previews: Detailed program and financial performance reviews for Stewardship Ontario, MMSM, MMSW and Recycle BC will include information on 2018 budgets and fees.
Have your say: both online and in-person attendees will be invited to electronically respond to poll questions during the ASM.
Please contact Jennifer James at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about the ASM. We look forward to you joining us on Tuesday, October 31!
